In this special class, Ella will guide you on two shamanic journeys accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, aimed at providing clarity, insight, and guidance on your personal path. We'll begin with a grounding meditation and setting intentions for the class. Ella will provide a brief introduction to shamanism and the evening's theme before embarking on the journeys. Between each journey, there will be time to journal your insights.
