During this 90-minute Shamanic Consult I make several shamanic journeys, under guidance of the shamanic drum, to access altered states of consciousness. In this altered state I connect with my spirit helpers/animals to seek answers, healing, or assistance for you attuned to your need(s) and intention(s). This can include:

1. Soul Retrieval - Bringing back lost parts of the soul that may have left during a traumatic experience in our life. When a part of our soul is missing, we may feel incomplete and lack certain qualities. For instance, we may struggle to experience true joy or find it difficult to be courageous.
   
   

2. Power Animal Retrieval - Bringing back a power animal or healing the power animal. Sometimes we forget to take care of our power animal and it leaves us, or the power animal is wounded. Our power animal represents our personal power, and through retrieval, we bring back this lost power into our lives.
   
   

3. Extraction - Removing energies or blockages in the body. At times, we carry energies that don't belong to us, which can cling to us or create obstacles within us. By extracting these energies or blockages and replacing them with light, we can experience a lighter and more liberated life.

Shamanic journeying is the path that Shamans take to connect with helping Spirits and Spirit Animals. They travel to one of three shamanic worlds (lower, middle, and upper) with specific intentions—to seek advice, gain insights, receive assistance, or facilitate healing for individuals, communities, or the Earth. We can also harness this ancient method for our own personal journeys, seeking insight and clarity in our lives.

In this class, I will guide you on two shamanic journeys accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, aimed at providing clarity, insight, and guidance on your personal path. We'll begin with a grounding meditation and setting intentions for the class. I will provide a brief introduction to shamanism and the evening's theme before embarking on the journeys.

☉ The 3 Shamanic Worlds
In this workshop, you will delve into the ancient practice of shamanic journeying and (re)connect with your own inner wisdom by discovering the three shamanic worlds: the Upper World, Middle World, and Lower World. These realms each serve unique purposes, offering wisdom, guidance, and the opportunity to connect with spirit guides.

☉ The 4 Elements in Shamanism
In this workshops you will learn to connect with the Earth, Water, Air & Fire, and understand the power of the elements. We will merge with every element to personally experience what the four elements represents for you. By experiencing the power of the elements we can see what we are missing in our life. To merge with the element we will go on a Shamanic Journey in the Middle World, guided by the shamanic drum.
